当前我国正处于社会转型、经济转轨的重要战略机遇期,各种社会矛盾引发的群体性事件猛增,成为影响社会稳定的最大隐忧。本文试用科学发展观审视群体性事件,提出坚持统筹兼顾原则,立足当前,切实解决好群体性事件;坚持以人为本,放眼长远,建立解决群体性事件长效之策。 At present, our country is in an important strategic period of social transformation and economic restructuring. The mass incidents caused by various social conflicts have soared and become the biggest worries affecting the social stability. This article tries to examine the mass incidents with the Scientific Outlook on Development. It proposes to adhere to the principle of taking all factors into consideration and taking all factors into consideration and based on the current situation so as to effectively solve the mass incidents. We should persist in putting people first and look forward to the long term and establish long-term solutions to mass incidents.
