利用DALLAS公司推出的DS18B20智能温度传感器转换速度快,转换精度高的特点,将其应用于温度控制系统中。系统由DS18B20提供温度数字信号,采用凌阳十六位单片机SPCE061A进行温度控制,具有温度数字实时显示、语音播报以及PID算法控制等功能。介绍了系统的结构,硬件和软件设计,并给出了实现DS18B20时序控制的凌阳汇编程序。通过实验证明本系统可用于一般测温精度要求不高的场合,对其他实际的工业控制也具有一定的借鉴意义。
Using DALLAS company DS18B20 intelligent temperature sensor conversion speed, high conversion accuracy, its application to the temperature control system. The system provides the temperature digital signal by DS18B20, adopts the 16-bit one-chip computer SPCE061A of Sunplus to carry on the temperature control, has the function such as real-time temperature digital display, voice broadcast and PID algorithm control. Introduced the system structure, hardware and software design, and gives the realization of DS18B20 timing control Sunplus assembly procedures. The experiment proves that the system can be used in occasions where the precision of temperature measurement is not very demanding, and also has some reference to other practical industrial control.
