各有关单位对电加热场合的温度进行高精度控制,是提高产品品质因素和成品率的主要条件。采用高新技术实现电加热工艺过程的温度自动控制、程序控制是控高被加工工件质量,降低电耗,提高经济效益的重要途径。浙江省永嘉航空电气设备厂与中国航空工业设计院合作,在消化、吸收国外先进技术基础上,研制成功 KTA3、KTF3系列微电子调功器。微电子调功器的触发回路采用可控硅零位触发模块和时间比例转换模块。该模块不需同步变压器及脉冲变压器,采用光电耦合器作信号隔离,
The high-precision control of the temperature of electric heating places by all relevant units is the main condition for improving product quality factors and yield. The use of high-tech to realize the automatic temperature control and program control of the electric heating process is an important way to control the quality of high-workpieces to be processed, reduce power consumption, and increase economic efficiency. Zhejiang Yongjia Aviation Electrical Equipment Factory cooperated with China Aviation Industry Design Institute. Based on the digestion and absorption of advanced foreign technologies, KTA3 and KTF3 series microelectronic power modulators were successfully developed. The trigger circuit of the microelectronic power regulator adopts a thyristor zero trigger module and a time proportional conversion module. The module does not require synchronous transformers and pulse transformers, and optocouplers are used for signal isolation.
