选择铜钢及含稀土、钛,锰、铜的低合金钢计十九种,在我国不同环境的十个试验站进行长达十五年的曝露试验,积累了一批可靠的数据。对这些数据进行分析,寻得了钢材在大气中的腐蚀规律;肯定了铜、稀土、钛、锰等合金元素对提高铜的耐大气腐蚀性能的有利作用,其中以铜最为显著。采用矿相显微镜、X衍射、扫描电镜、电子探针微区分析、化学分析以及电化学测试等手段对锈层的保护性能进行了探讨。
Select copper and rare earth, titanium, manganese, copper, low-alloy steel total of 19 kinds of test stations in different environments in China for up to 15 years of exposure test, accumulated a number of reliable data. Analyzed these data to find out the regularity of steel corrosion in the atmosphere. It affirmed the beneficial effects of copper, rare earth, titanium, manganese and other alloying elements on improving the atmospheric corrosion resistance of copper, especially copper. The protective properties of the rust layer were explored by means of optical microscope, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, electron probe microanalysis, chemical analysis and electrochemical tests.
