目前,我国汽车起重机年产量为3.5万台,消耗钢材约200万t,在役的50万台设备每年约消耗油料300万t,由此造成了严重的大气污染和噪声污染。如果能够减小汽车起重机自身质量,则可节约大量制造材料,降低生产成本,提高燃油经济性,减少排放。轻量化技术在其中无疑可以发挥重要作用。当然,运用轻量化技术并不是以牺牲安全、钻安全标准的漏洞为前提,而是通过科学、合理、正确的安全性评价,推动轻量化技术在汽车起重机行业的良性发展。
