目的建立吴茱萸药材中多糖的测定方法,考察吴茱萸多糖对大鼠水浸应激性胃溃疡的治疗作用。方法采用紫外吸收分光光度计,应用硫酸-蒽酮法测定吴茱萸药材中的多糖含量;采用水浸应激法建立大鼠胃溃疡模型,从溃疡指数和胃组织病理变化等方面考察吴茱萸多糖的抗胃溃疡作用。结果吴茱萸多糖可显著降低大鼠胃溃疡指数,减轻胃组织的病理学变化。结论吴茱萸多糖具有明显的抗实验性胃溃疡的作用,且不同产地的吴茱萸中多糖含量差别较大。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of polysaccharides in Fructus Evodiae and to investigate the therapeutic effect of Fructus Evodiae polysaccharides on acute gastric ulcer induced by water immersion in rats. Methods UV absorbance spectrophotometer was used to determine the content of polysaccharides in Fructus Evodiae by sulfuric acid-anthrone method. The model of gastric ulcer in rats was established by water immersion method. The anti-Evodia polysaccharide activity was evaluated from ulcer index and gastric histopathological changes Gastric ulcer effect. Results Evodia polysaccharide can significantly reduce gastric ulcer index, reduce the pathological changes of gastric tissue. Conclusion Fructus Evodiae polysaccharides have significant anti-experimental gastric ulcer effect, and the content of polysaccharides in Evodia rutaecarp differs significantly from different areas.
