为了解我校女生月经情况,调查了我校400名在校大一、大二的女生,年龄为18-20岁。结果发现女大学生一周参加体育活动大于三次的比起小于三次的可以明显缓解痛经症状、情绪较为稳定、学习效率影响较小。分析认为为女大学生月经期可以适当参加体育活动,不易进行大强度的力量练习,应该加强月经期卫生常识教育,让女大学生了解月经期出现的不适感觉是正常的生理现象,使其打消顾虑,积极参加体育活动。
In order to understand the menstrual situation of our school girls, we investigated 400 freshmen and sophomores in our school aged 18-20 years old. The results showed that female college students participate in physical activity for more than three times a week can significantly relieve the symptoms of dysmenorrhea compared with less than three times, the emotion is more stable and the learning efficiency is less affected.
