阿魏酸钠 (SF)及当归醇沉物 (ESA )对卡介苗加脂多糖致小鼠免疫性肝损伤有保护作用 ,二者均降低肝损伤小鼠血清 AL T和谷胱甘肽 S-转移酶活性 ,并增加肝细胞浆中谷胱甘肽还原酶活性 ,同时 ESA降低肝细胞浆中丙二醛含量 ,提示当归的护肝作用与抗脂质过氧化有关。ESA在护肝的同时尚能明显抑制小鼠脾脏指数的增加 ,提示 ESA更广泛的护肝机制
Sodium ferulate (SF) and Angelica sinensis (ESA) have protective effects on BCG and lipopolysaccharide-induced immunological liver injury in mice. Both of them reduce serum AL T and glutathione S-transfer in mice with liver injury. Enzymatic activity and increased glutathione reductase activity in liver cytoplasm, while ESA decreased malondialdehyde content in hepatic cytoplasm, suggesting that the liver protection effect of angelica is related to anti-lipid peroxidation. ESA can significantly inhibit the increase of mouse spleen index in the same fashion of liver protection, suggesting that ESA has more extensive liver protection mechanism
