脊索样肉瘤(Chordoid Sarcoma)是一种罕见的软组织肿瘤,1948年由Stewart首先描述。国内1982年毛永荣等首例报道,继后有4例报道。我院1983年遇到一例,报告如下。 患者,男,60岁。住院号83336。半年前发现左手拇、食指间背侧有一小肿块,无任何不适,逐渐增大。一月前他院疑为“腱鞘囊肿”穿刺,后生长加快,并觉疼痛,于1983年10月25日入院。体检:一般情况好。左手拇、食指间背侧有-4×2.5cm硬块,光滑、界清、有压痛。临床诊断:纤维瘤。术中见:肿块附于拇长伸肌腱尺侧,约3.5×2.3cm,与周围组织轻微粘连,完整切除。
Chordoid Sarcoma is a rare soft tissue tumor that was first described by Stewart in 1948. In 1982, the first case of Mao Yongrong was reported, followed by 4 reports. One case was encountered in our hospital in 1983. The report is as follows. Patient, male, 60 years old. Hospital number 83336. Six months ago, there was a small lump on the dorsal side between the left thumb and the index finger, without any discomfort, and gradually increased. He was admitted to the hospital on October 25, 1983. Physical examination: Generally good. There is a -4 x 2.5 cm lump on the dorsal side between the left thumb and forefinger, smooth, clear, and tender. Clinical diagnosis: fibroids. During the operation, the tumor was attached to the ulnar side of the long extensor pollicis longus and was approximately 3.5 x 2.3 cm in size. It was slightly adhered to the surrounding tissue and completely resected.
