目前,湖北省荆州市2454个建制村,已有2152个通行班车,占建制村总数的87.7%,仍有302个建制村尚未通告班车。其原因主要是公路尚未硬化,未达到通告客班的标准;有的行政村位于边远山区,人少且分散,加上农村摩托车、电动车普及,分流了客源,通告客班经营成本高,影响了客运企业的积极性,由此给群众的生产和生活带来了不便,影响了农村经济的发展。如何攻克这些难点呢?
At present, there are 2,452 transit buses in 2454 established villages in Jingzhou City, Hubei Province, accounting for 87.7% of the total number of established villages. There are still 302 construction villages yet to notify the shuttle buses. The reason is mainly that the road has not been hardened and has not reached the standard of notifying the passenger fleet.
