目的比较3D-螺旋 CT 血管造影(3D-CTA)和3D-数字减影血管造影(3D-DSA)在颅内动脉瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法对天津市环湖医院2004年1月至2005年3月就诊的自发性蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)患者86例,行3D-CTA、3D-DSA 检查。研究并比较 CTA 和 DSA 影像特点。结果86例患者,阴性12例,余74例患者共检出94个动脉瘤。3D-DSA 与3D-CTA 准确性比较,差异无统计学意义。结论动脉瘤应用血管内栓塞治疗时,在3D 影像指导下可提高动脉瘤的致密填塞率。但是在3D 影像的测量值要大于2D 影像的测量值。
Objective To compare the value of 3D-CTA and 3D-DSA in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms. Methods Totally 86 patients with spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) visited Tianjin Huanhu Lake Hospital from January 2004 to March 2005 were examined by 3D-CTA and 3D-DSA. Study and compare CTA and DSA imaging features. Results 86 patients, negative in 12 cases, more than 74 patients were detected 94 aneurysms. 3D-DSA and 3D-CTA accuracy, the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusions When aneurysm is treated with endovascular embolization, the dense packing rate of aneurysm can be improved under the guidance of 3D imaging. However, the measured value in 3D image is larger than the measured value in 2D image.
