纵隔畸胎瘤较常见 ,而纵隔畸胎瘤外穿至颈部则十分罕见。我院自１９６２年１月～１９９８年３月经外科手术及病理证实的纵隔畸胎瘤５２例 ,仅３例发生颈部外穿 ,其发生率为５．７７%。由于此症在临床诊断和治疗上有其特殊之处 ,极易误诊 ,现将３例的诊治经验和体会报告如下。１ Mediastinal teratoma is more common, and mediastinal teratoma outside the neck is very rare. In our hospital from January 1962 to March 1998 surgically and pathologically confirmed mediastinal teratoma in 52 cases, only 3 cases of external wear neck, the incidence was 5.77%. Because of this disease in clinical diagnosis and treatment of its special, easily misdiagnosed, now 3 cases of diagnosis and treatment experience and experience report as follows. 1
