目的阐明空军招飞医学选拔综合评定合格学员的基本情况,为后续研究提供科学依据。方法采用横断面调查方法,根据招收飞行学员体检号随机抽取某年度招飞医学选拔中体检结论为“综评合格”和“合格”的飞行学员各200名,整理招飞体检数据、问卷调查飞行学员人口学基本特征,并按照综评合格病征及隶属体检专科进行分类统计。采用Epi Data3.02建立数据库,SPSS 16.0进行数据统计分析。结果综评合格组和合格组的年龄分布、地区分布、文理科分布情况以及心理选拔合格率和各平台成绩差异均无统计学意义;招飞医学选拔综评合格中发现的病征前10位依次为胸围不足、体质量超标、虹膜囊肿、脾大超标、胆囊息肉、扁平足、皮肤病、肝内钙化灶、关节疾病或损伤和生殖系统疾病或异常;涉及体检专科依次为外科、超声诊断科、眼科、耳鼻喉科、放射科、心电图和内科,其中以外科和超声诊断科病征为主,分别占全部综合评定病征的55.52%和16.37%。结论综合评定体现了招飞医学选拔“重功能轻形态”的思想,对充分利用招飞资源,提高招飞质量具有重要意义。进一步对综评合格学员进行跟踪随访,构建飞行人员体格检查综合评定指标体系,对完善我国空军医学鉴定指标体系具有重要意义。
Objective To clarify the basic situation of air force recruiting medical comprehensive evaluation of qualified students, to provide scientific basis for follow-up study. Methods The method of cross-sectional survey was adopted. According to the physical examination number of recruited flight trainees, 200 trainees who passed the examination of medical examination in each year were selected as “comprehensive evaluation” and “qualified” respectively, and the physical examination data , Questionnaire survey of the basic characteristics of flight student demography, and in accordance with comprehensive evaluation of qualified symptoms and subordinate physical examination specialist classification statistics. Results There was no significant difference in the age distribution, regional distribution, liberal arts and psychology distribution, psychology selection and passing rate between the qualified group and the qualified group. The top 10 symptoms For the lack of bust, excessive body weight, iris cysts, splenomegaly, gallbladder polyps, flat feet, skin diseases, intrahepatic calcification, joint disease or injury and reproductive system diseases or abnormalities; involved in physical examination followed by surgery, ultrasound diagnosis, Ophthalmology, otolaryngology, radiology, electrocardiogram and internal medicine. The main symptoms were surgery and ultrasonography, accounting for 55.52% and 16.37% of the total respectively. Conclusion The comprehensive assessment embodies the idea of selecting the best medicine and choosing the light form of the heavy function in order to make full use of the recruit resources and improve the quality of the strokes. Further tracking and follow-up of qualified trainees of comprehensive assessment and establishment of a comprehensive evaluation index system of physical examination of pilots are of great significance for improving our country’s air force medical appraisal index system.
