In this paper, we report for the first time the distribution of IgG, IgM, IgA and complement C 3 in the skin of immunocompetent cercariae of Schistosoma japonicum infected with X-rays and the relationship between effector cells and the parasites. Five macaques (Macaca mulatta) were used for experiments: three monkeys were immunized with cercariae, one monkey was normal and the other was challenge control.
