为揭示昆虫共生菌Wolbachia对不同宿主生物学特性的影响,利用“Y”型嗅觉仪分析了三种赤眼蜂对宿主米蛾雌蛾腹部鳞片和米蛾卵表正己烷提取物嗅觉反应,对米蛾卵的寄生能力,以及抗生素去除体内Wolbachia后的性比情况。研究发现:食胚赤眼蜂对米蛾两种提取物的正趋向性最强,短管赤眼蜂无明显趋性,而卷蛾赤眼蜂只对米蛾卵表提取物有较明显的正趋性;食胚赤眼蜂对米蛾卵的单头寄生率为52.70%,高于卷蛾赤眼蜂的37.58%和短管赤眼蜂的26.35%;抗生素处理后食胚赤眼蜂雄性比率最少,短管赤眼蜂最多。结果表明Wolbachia参与调控赤眼蜂生殖行为,对不同宿主嗅觉反应和寄生能力影响不同,该研究可为孤雌产雌赤眼蜂品种/品系的生物防治应用提供理论指导。
In order to reveal the influence of the commensal bacteria Wolbachia on the biological characteristics of different hosts, the effects of three species of Trichogramma ostriniae on the abdominal scales and the n-hexane extract of the rice moth were studied using the “Y” -type olfactometer , The parasitism of rice moth eggs, and the antibiotic to remove the body after Wolbachia sex ratio. The results showed that T. griseus had the strongest positive trend toward the two species of M. moth and the T. trichogramma had no obvious tendency. The positive parasitism rate of Trichogramma pregnae was 52.70%, higher than 37.58% of Trichogramma dendrolimi and 26.35% of T. trichogramma; antibiotic-treated Trichogramma The least male ratio, Trichogramma max. The results showed that Wolbachia was involved in the regulation of reproductive behavior of Trichogramma, which had different effects on olfactory responses and parasitism of different hosts. This study may provide theoretical guidance for the biological control of Trichogramma species.
