针对34CrNiMo6钢原调质工艺中出现的问题,分析了淬火油温、淬火方法和回火温度等工艺参数对零部件机械性能的影响,通过对这些参数进行大量的对比试验,确定了新的优化工艺,使34CrNiMo6钢输入轴实现一次热处理合格。
Aiming at the problems in 34CrNiMo6 steel quenching and tempering process, the influences of quenching oil temperature, quenching method and tempering temperature on the mechanical properties of the components were analyzed. A lot of comparative tests were conducted on these parameters to determine the new optimization Technology, 34CrNiMo6 steel input shaft to achieve a heat treatment.
