电焊工电焊烟尘职业暴露评价是职业健康影响评价和预测尘肺病的关键。本文对某工程机械车间进行电焊烟尘的职业暴露评价,采用蒙特卡罗技术分别模拟了该车间电焊烟尘的日暴露量、日潜在剂量和日作用剂量的概率分布。结果表明:90%的电焊烟尘日暴露量、日潜在剂量分别超过17.43mg/d/m3、11.46 mg/d,50%的电焊工日暴露量、日潜在剂量分别超过46.64mg/d/m3、30.78mg/d;电焊烟尘在电焊工肺部区域的作用剂量占潜在剂量的7.5%;电焊烟尘浓度对于潜在剂量、作用剂量的贡献度最高达93%,日暴露时长次之,呼吸速率贡献度最低。本文的暴露剂量评价方法可为电焊工电焊烟尘职业健康风险评价提供理论依据。
Welder welding dust and occupational occupational exposure evaluation is the key to occupational health impact assessment and prediction of pneumoconiosis. In this paper, we evaluate the occupational exposure of welding dust in a construction machinery workshop, and use Monte Carlo technique to simulate the daily exposure, daily potential dose and daily dose distribution of welding dust in the workshop respectively. The results showed that the daily exposure and the daily potential dose of 90% of the welding fume were more than 17.43mg / d / m3 and 11.46 mg / d, respectively. The 50% daily exposure to welders was more than 46.64mg / d / m3, 30.78mg / d; welding fume occupies 7.5% of the potential dose in the welder’s lungs area; welding fume concentration contributes up to 93% of the dose to the potential dose, followed by the exposure time, the contribution of respiration rate lowest. The exposure dose evaluation method in this paper can provide a theoretical basis for the occupational health risk assessment of welders welding fume and dust.
