南京烷基苯厂再沸油加热炉(F-501炉)系一多变量工业对象.本文描述了采用Rosenbrock的逆奈氏阵列法进行解耦设计以及采用多变量Smith预估技术补偿对象纯滞后所获结果,也简要提到微机控制系统硬、软件的构成与特点。该系统投运一年多表明,控制性能完全满足设计要求,且带来十分显著的经济效益.
Nanjing Alkylbenzene Plant Reboiler Oil Heating Furnace (F-501 Furnace) is a multivariable industrial object.In this paper, the decoupling design using Rosenbrock’s inverse Jena’s array method and the compensating object’s pure delay The results obtained, but also briefly referred to computer control system hardware and software composition and characteristics. The system put into operation more than a year shows that the control performance fully meet the design requirements, and bring very significant economic benefits.
