目的研究黄瓜香对大鼠肝纤维化拮抗作用。方法将48只大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、生理盐水组和黄瓜香干预组,全自动生化分析仪检测丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP),苏木素-伊红(HE)染色观察肝脏显微结构,免疫组织学染色检测Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原、α-平滑肌肌动蛋白(α-SMA)及转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)。结果黄瓜香干预组ALT,AST和ALP分别为(70.8±12.3),(112.3±26.4)和(169.1±21.2)U/L,与模型组比较,明显降低(P<0.01);黄瓜香干预组肝Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原、α-SMA及TGF-β1表达与正常对照比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而与模型组比较,表达则明显增强,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论黄瓜香提取物可干预肝纤维化过程,明显减少纤维化组织面积。
Objective To study the antagonistic effect of cucumber on liver fibrosis in rats. Methods Forty-eight rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, normal saline group and cucumber group. The levels of ALT, AST, Liver microstructure was observed by ALP and HE staining. The expression of collagen type Ⅰ, Ⅲ, α-SMA and TGF-β1 were detected by immunohistochemistry staining. β1). Results The levels of ALT, AST and ALP were (70.8 ± 12.3), (112.3 ± 26.4) and (169.1 ± 21.2) U / L in cucumber fragrant intervention group and significantly lower than those in model group (P <0.01) The expression of collagen type Ⅰ, type Ⅲ collagen, α-SMA and TGF-β1 were not significantly different from those of the normal control group (P> 0.05), but significantly increased compared with the model group (P < 0.01). Conclusion Cucumber extract can interfere with the process of liver fibrosis, significantly reduce the area of fibrosis.
