2009年5月12日,一场城市地震灾害模拟救援的“防灾减灾应急演练”活动在国家地震紧急救援训练基地展开。上午9时25分,随着演练总指挥刘玉辰副局长宣布演练开始的一声令下,国家地震灾害紧急救援队、北京市消防总队及海淀支队全体队员,立即奔赴模拟破坏性地震灾害现场……
On May 12, 2009, a “Disaster Prevention and Reduction Emergency Response Exercise” to simulate the rescue of urban earthquake disaster started at the National Earthquake Emergency Relief Training Base. At 9.25 a.m., the deputy director of General Command Liu Yuchen announced the commencement of the exercise. The National Earthquake Emergency Assistance Team, the Beijing Municipal Fire Brigade and all the members of the Haidian Detachment immediately went to simulate the site of a devastating earthquake disaster.
