阜新市北绕阳河桥是一座待维修加固的险桥,结合工程实例,提出碳纤维加固方案。为验证加固效果,采用大型通用有限元分析软件ANSYS作为平台,对加固前后的“三肋拱梁”进行了静载荷作用下应力和变形的有限元分析。结果表明,经CFRP加固后可有效减小梁的挠度变形,提高其承载能力。通过对加固前后桥梁结构地震作用下的主要内力和位移响应对比分析表明,粘贴高强纤维能够有效增强结构的强度和刚度,提高该钢筋混凝土桥梁的抗震性能。
Fuyang City, north Yang River Bridge is a bridge to be repaired and reinforced, combined with engineering examples, proposed carbon fiber reinforcement program. In order to verify the reinforcement effect, the finite element analysis of stress and deformation under static load was carried out on the “triple ribbed arch ” before and after reinforcement using the large-scale common finite element analysis software ANSYS as the platform. The results show that the CFRPRP reinforcement can effectively reduce the deflection of the beam and improve its carrying capacity. The comparison of the main internal forces and displacement responses under the seismic action of the bridge structures before and after reinforcement shows that the application of high strength fibers can effectively enhance the strength and stiffness of the structure and improve the seismic performance of the reinforced concrete bridge.
