目的探讨超临界CO2流体萃取川东獐牙菜中总酮的最佳工艺条件。方法以总酮的含量为指标,采用均匀设计法对影响萃取结果的主要因素进行考察。结果夹带剂流速对萃取结果影响最为显著。最佳萃取工艺参数为:萃取压力35 Mpa,萃取温度50℃,乙醇浓度100%,夹带剂流速4.5 ml.min-1,萃取率达到0.425%。结论超临界CO2流体萃取川东獐牙菜总酮是一种切实可行的方法。所得萃取产物中酮的含量高,萃取时间短,操作简便。
Objective To investigate the optimum conditions for the extraction of total fluorenone from Swertia chuanxiong by supercritical CO2 fluid extraction. Methods With the content of total fluorenone as the index, the uniform design method was used to investigate the main factors affecting the extraction results. Results The entrainer flow rate has the most significant effect on the extraction results. The optimum extraction parameters were as follows: extraction pressure 35 Mpa, extraction temperature 50 °C, ethanol concentration 100%, entrainer flow rate 4.5 ml.min-1, and extraction rate 0.425%. Conclusion Supercritical CO2 fluid extraction of total sterone from Swertia orientalis is a feasible method. The resulting extract has high ketone content, short extraction time, and easy operation.
