邓小平行政法治理论是邓小平理论的有机组成部分，其核心和根本着眼点是充分发扬社会主义民主，坚持依法治国和依法行政的基本方略。本文着重从五个方面论述了邓小平行政法治理论的主要特色：一、鲜明的实践性──邓小平行政法治理论的精髓；二、坚定的原则性──邓小平行政法治理论的立足点；三、广泛的群众性──邓小平行政法治理论的基础；四、严谨的逻辑性──邓小平行政法治理论的科学态度；五、巨大的效能性──邓小平行政法治理论的指导作用。
Deng Xiaoping’s theory of administrative rule of law is an integral part of Deng Xiaoping Theory. The core and fundamental point of Deng Xiaoping’s administration is the basic strategy of fully carrying forward socialist democracy and upholding the principle of governing the country according to law and administering according to law.
