采用不同的退火温度和平整工艺对C-Si-Mn系1000 MPa级冷轧双相钢DP1000进行连续退火和平整试验,研究了退火温度和平整延伸率对DP1000钢的组织和力学性能的影响。研究表明:随着退火温度的提高,DP1000钢中的马氏体岛所占的比例和尺寸都逐渐增加;当退火温度为800℃时,可以获得综合性能良好的DP1000双相钢;随着平整延伸率的提高,DP1000双相钢的屈服强度提高,抗拉强度变化不大,伸长率则逐渐降低;随着平整延伸率的增加,DP1000双相钢中铁素体中的位错密度逐渐提高。
The annealing and smoothing tests of C-Si-Mn series 1000 MPa cold-rolled dual-phase steel DP1000 were carried out with different annealing temperature and leveler process. The effects of annealing temperature and leveler elongation on the microstructure and mechanical properties of DP1000 steel were studied. The results show that with the increase of annealing temperature, the proportion and size of martensite islands in DP1000 steel increase gradually. When the annealing temperature is 800 ℃, DP1000 dual phase steel with good overall performance can be obtained. With the increase of elongation, the yield strength of DP1000 dual-phase steel increases, the tensile strength changes little and the elongation decreases. With the increase of flat elongation, the dislocation density gradually increases in ferrite in DP1000 duplex steel .
