我们党自十一届三中全会以来,坚持实事求是的思想路线,在总结历史经验的基础,上,对农村经济体制进行了重大改革,形成了一系列基本经济政策。这些基本经济政策的实施,已经取得了很好的经济效果,受到亿万农民的欢迎,必须长期保持稳定。但是某些政策还有不完善之处,要随着时间的推移逐步加以完善。因此,对我党十一届三中全会以来的农村经济政策进行总结反思,从中吸取经验和教训以更好深化农村改革是有 Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Central Committee of the Party, our party has adhered to the ideological line of seeking truth from facts and has made major reforms in the rural economic system based on the conclusion of historical experience. A series of basic economic policies have been formed. The implementation of these basic economic policies has achieved good economic results and is welcomed by hundreds of millions of peasants and must remain stable in the long term. However, some policies still have imperfections that must be gradually improved over time. Therefore, we have summarized the rural economic policies since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, and learned from them to better deepen rural reforms.
