最近几年随着社会发展的不断进步,我国事业单位纷纷进行创新改革以面对新时代将要面临的机遇与挑战。事业单位人力资源部门是事业单位重要部门,做好人力资源管理工作对提高人员利用效率和工作质量有着很大的帮助。在全新的历史时期下,事业单位人力资源在管理方存在许多问题,对事业单位人力资源管理效率产生了严重的影响。而解决其问题的根本方法就是要创新改革发展的思路,加强人力资源管理的力度和管理方式。本文主要结合实际情况就事业单位人力资源管理面临的问题和创新途径进行了分析,希望通过本次研究对同行有所助益。
In recent years, with the continuous progress of social development, our institutions have carried out innovative reforms in order to face the opportunities and challenges that the new era will face. The human resources department of the public institution is an important department of the public institution. To do a good job of human resources management is of great help to improve the utilization efficiency and quality of personnel.
