目的研究人正常黄韧带中Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型胶原含量,探讨临床意义。方法用盐析法对34个正常黄韧带标本中的Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型胶原含量进行测定,并用SDS-PAGE法进行胶原的分型确定。结果正常黄韧带中Ⅰ型胶原含量为8.89±1.13(g/100g湿重黄韧带),Ⅱ型胶原含量为0.51±0.12(g/100g湿重黄韧带),二者有显著差异,P<0.01。结论正常黄韧带中主要胶原为Ⅰ型胶原,Ⅰ型胶原在黄韧带中主要维持其抗张力性能和刚性。
Objective To study the content of type I and type II collagen in human normal ligamentum flavum and to explore its clinical significance. Methods The contents of type I and type II collagen in 34 normal ligamentum flavum specimens were determined by salting-out method. The collagen type was determined by SDS-PAGE. Results The content of type Ⅰ collagen in normal ligamentum flavum was 8.89 ± 1.13 (g / 100g wet yellow ligamentum flavum), and the type Ⅱ collagen content was 0.51 ± 0.12 (g / 100g wet yellow ligamentum flavum), with significant difference . Conclusion The main collagen in the ligamentum flavum is type Ⅰ collagen. Type Ⅰ collagen mainly maintains its tensile strength and rigidity in the ligamentum flavum.
