本文研究利用氨基磺酸在210nm波长下有最高吸收峰的特点,利用高效液相色谱法,采用二极管阵列检测器定量测定食品添加剂环已基氨基磺酸钠中氨基磺酸残留量,并对方法进行验证。结果表明在0.02g/L~0.30 g/L范围内线性关系良好,氨基磺酸平均回收率为90.20%~94.00%,准确度、精密度、检出限(2 ppm)的各项指标均达相应检测的标准要求,判断该分析方法具有可行性。
