随着计算机和自动控制技术飞速发展,运用计算机来实现生产过程自动控制系统正逐步取代传统自动控制的方法 ,这为我们控制复杂系统提供了便利。在工业生产过程中,许多被控对象都具有纯滞后的性质,这些延迟的存在,使得被控对象不能及时反映系统所承受的扰动,常引起被控系统的超调或者振荡,从而引起系统的稳定性下降。本文在施密斯预估控制原理的基础上,设计了纯滞后系统的数字控制算法,并运用MCS-51单片机为核心控制器,并配以A/D、D/A转换元件及其它外围电路,对系统进行了硬件设计。
