现代学校如何顺应社会发展需求,注重学校的和谐发展,实现学生终身可持续发展,这是每一个校长必须思考的问题。上个世纪90年代,宝安中学提出“和谐发展”的指导思想,最终形成了“和谐发展、学会生存”的办学理念。“和谐发展”旨在关注学校与社会、学校内部关系以及学生个人发展,为了实现这一目标,这些年来宝安中学进行了多方面的探索与追求,在此仅从“管”与“理”的关系、实现学生共性与个性和谐发展两方面,谈一谈我们的实践和认识。
