系膜IgM 肾病(IaMN)国外自1974年起陆续有病例报道,国内已报道24例。我院1983年～1988年43例原发性肾小球疾病患儿,经肾活检诊断为IgMN7例,报告于下。
Mesangial IgM nephropathy (IaMN) abroad has been reported since 1974 cases, 24 cases have been reported in China. 43 cases of primary glomerular disease in our hospital from 1983 to 1988, diagnosed by IgM in 7 cases of renal biopsy, reported in the next.
