本文将多种来源的绞股蓝样品,经生药学鉴定后,从外观、口感、化学成分、皂甙及其皂甙元的组成、总皂甙的含量、氨基酸、无机元素等指标进行质量分析,结果提示同一个种的绞股蓝因产地、栽培条件、药用部位的不同,质量均有差异,其中差异较大的是口感及总皂甙含量。又因叶中总皂甙含量高于茎,提示使用和生产部门在收购开发产品时,应注意原料的来源;采收时要注意叶、茎的比例.
