【Abstract】As teachers， we are in class every day， also often go to listen to others’ class， but we often see different teaching effects： first， the teacher is full of passion， vivid and vivid， students are engaged， full of interest， teaching and learning both sides immersed in a relaxed atmosphere; Second， it is another scene， the teacher dull and tedious explanation， students do the problem mechanically repeatedly， mechanical teaching methods， dull teaching atmosphere， students put it， no response， the classroom is like a pool of stagnant water， the teaching effect of a confused same teaching materials， the same students， why the teaching effect is differentHow can we improve students’ scores and improve English teaching？ I believe that every teacher who wants to do a good job in teaching can’t help thinking about this problem. 1. One heart with the teaching of the heart

2.Fair and just treatment of every child has a public mind
