为提高向钢锭模内所添加的合金元素的收得率,国外最近研制成功了一种向钢锭模内添加合金的新方法。其具体方法为:在下铸的钢锭的钢水面上悬挂一个圆筒状的容器,容器的断面直径基本上等于暴露出钢水面的直径,通过此圆筒状容器向钢中添加一定量的合金。在添加合金元素时要用惰性气体进行密封,以防止合金元素的氧化。由于采用这种新的添加合金的方法可将合金元素直接加到钢锭模内,并能在向钢水中添加合金元素时防止大气中的氧
In order to increase the rate of recovery of alloying elements added to the ingot mold, a new method of adding an alloy to the ingot mold has been developed recently abroad. The method comprises the following steps of: suspending a cylindrical container on the molten steel surface of a steel ingot under casting, the diameter of the section of the container being substantially equal to the diameter of the exposed molten steel surface, and adding a certain amount of alloy to the steel through the cylindrical container. To add alloying elements to be sealed with inert gas to prevent the oxidation of alloying elements. As a result of this new method of adding alloy alloying elements can be directly added to the ingot mold, and can be added to the molten steel to prevent all the elements of oxygen in the atmosphere
