以云南金钗石斛实生苗为试材,在人工栽培条件下,分别施用浓度均为5%的菜籽麸、花生麸、桐麸发酵液和复合肥,分别测定其分蘖数、粗度、株高、叶片数、冠幅、鲜重、干重、干鲜比等生物学性状、SPAD值和石斛碱含量。结果表明:施用花生麸,有利于增加金钗石斛的株高、分蘖数、叶数;施用菜籽麸,可以增加金钗石斛干物质重量;施用桐麸有利于增加金钗石斛的粗度、鲜重和石斛碱含量;菜籽麸和复合肥混合施用,可以提高叶绿素含量,增加干鲜比。试验结果表明,不同肥料在金钗石斛的不同生长发育阶段具有不同的特性,因此有选择性地施用这些肥料,可以达到增加和提高金钗石斛的产量和石斛碱含量的目的。
Taking Dendrobium nobile Lindl. Seedlings of Yunnan as test materials, rapeseed bran, peanut bran, tung bran fermentation broth and compound fertilizer with the concentration of 5% were respectively applied under artificial cultivation conditions to determine tiller number, High, leaf number, crown width, fresh weight, dry weight, dry weight ratio and other biological traits, SPAD value and the content of dendrobhin. The results showed that the application of peanut bran improved the plant height, tiller number and leaf number of Dendrobium nobile. The application of rapeseed bran could increase the dry weight of Dendrobium nobile. The application of Tong bran could increase the thickness of Dendrobium nobile. Fresh weight and the content of dendrobhin; rapeseed bran and compound fertilizer mixed application, can increase the chlorophyll content, increase dry ratio. The results showed that different fertilizers had different characteristics in different growth and development stages of Dendrobium nobile. Therefore, the selective application of these fertilizers could achieve the purpose of increasing and enhancing the yield of Dendrobium nobile and the content of dendrobin.
