目的了解食品金黄色葡萄球菌的污染状况。方法对2011年石家庄市6类销售点销售的9类食品进行金黄色葡萄球菌分离鉴定,并对数据进行汇总分析。结果 225份食品中分离出30株金黄色葡萄球菌,检出率为13.33%;各类食品间的差异没有统计学意义(χ2=13.785,P>0.05);第三季度食品中金黄色葡萄球菌的污染率最高,为25.9%,季节间的差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.05,P<0.05);街头食品金黄色葡萄球菌的污染率最高,为31.6%,销售点间的差异有统计学意义(χ2=15.374,P<0.05)。结论金黄色葡萄球菌广泛污染我们的食品,应进一步提高食品卫生意识并加强食品卫生安全监督。
Objective To understand the status of food contamination of Staphylococcus aureus. Methods Semen Staphylococcus aureus was isolated and identified from 9 types of foodstuffs sold at 6 types of outlets in Shijiazhuang in 2011. The data were summarized and analyzed. Results Staphylococcus aureus was isolated from 225 foodstuffs and the detection rate was 13.33%. There was no significant difference between various kinds of food (χ2 = 13.785, P> 0.05). In the third quarter, Staphylococcus aureus (Χ2 = 11.05, P <0.05). The highest contamination rate of Staphylococcus aureus on street food was 31.6%, the difference between the sales points was statistically significant Significance (χ2 = 15.374, P <0.05). Conclusion Staphylococcus aureus extensive contamination of our food should further raise the awareness of food hygiene and strengthen food hygiene and safety supervision.
