目的:了解盐城市盐都区医务人员吸烟情况,为制定医疗单位控烟方案提供依据。方法:全面调查区、镇、村三级卫生人员,共3546人。结果:总吸烟率为15.99%。男性吸烟率为30.93%,每天吸烟11～20支占39.80%,吸烟起始年龄平均为24.35岁。结论:盐都区卫生系统实现2011年全面禁烟已有良好的基础,但尚需加倍努力。
Objective: To understand the smoking status of medical staff in Yandu District of Yancheng City, and to provide the basis for formulating the tobacco control programs of medical units. Methods: To conduct a comprehensive survey of three levels of health workers in districts, towns and villages for a total of 3546 people. Results: The total smoking rate was 15.99%. Male smoking rate was 30.93%, daily smoking 11 ~ 20 accounted for 39.80%, the average starting age of smoking was 24.35 years old. Conclusion: The Yandu District health system has a good foundation for achieving a complete ban on smoking in 2011, but efforts need to be redoubled.
