研究了矩形波导微波化学反应器在纯甲烷、低气压47Pa~5000Pa条件下,生成微波等离子体。研究了甲烷转化率,C2烃收率积炭率与气体压强的关系,以及乙烯、乙炔的选择性与气体压强的关系。实验结果显示,在上述气压范围内,甲烷转化率高达(75%~94%),当压强在800~5000Pa范围内,反应产物全部为乙炔。
The rectangular waveguide microwave chemical reactor was studied to produce microwave plasma under pure methane and low pressure of 47Pa ~ 5000Pa. The relationship between methane conversion rate, carbon yield of C2 hydrocarbon and gas pressure, and the relationship between selectivity of ethylene and acetylene and gas pressure were studied. The experimental results show that the conversion rate of methane is as high as 75% -94% within the pressure range mentioned above. When the pressure is in the range of 800-5000Pa, the reaction products are all acetylene.
