1 现状和问题 A、B医院为位于我国内陆平原大、中城市的两所三级医院,现编制床位分别为440张、150张,拥有卫生技术人员分别为567和315人。截止调查日期,共有硕士以上研究生32人,其中A医院30人,占93.8％,B医院2人,占6.2％。年龄结构:26～56岁,平均34.2岁。学历结构:博士2人,硕士30人。职称结构:高级3人,中级30人,初级8人。此外,担任科室行政领导职务4人,入选军区跨世纪“医学名医”培养对象1
1 Current situation and problems A and B hospitals are two tertiary hospitals located in large and medium-sized cities in China’s inland plains. They are currently preparing 440 beds and 150 beds, and have 567 and 315 health technicians respectively. As of the survey date, there were 32 masters or more graduate students, of whom 30 were in A hospitals, accounting for 93.8%, and 2 in B hospitals, accounting for 6.2%. Age structure: 26 to 56 years old, average 34.2 years old. Education structure: 2 doctors and 30 masters. Title structure: 3 senior, 30 intermediate, 8 junior. In addition, he served as the administrative leadership position in the department and was selected as the training target for the “Medical Doctors” across the century in the Military Region.
