以巨峰葡萄为试材,连续3年研究了行间自然生草和行间清耕对葡萄产量、果实品质、枝条贮藏营养等生长发育指标的影响。结果表明:行间自然生草可以增大巨峰葡萄果实的单粒重、果粒横纵径,提高产量,2014年数据差异显著,2015年数据差异不显著;果实品质方面,行间自然生草处理的果实可溶性固形物含量、糖酸比和花青素含量均显著高于行间清耕处理,可滴定酸含量显著低于行间清耕处理;枝条贮藏营养方面,行间自然生草处理的枝条可溶性糖含量、淀粉含量、可溶性蛋白含量均显著高于行间清耕处理,游离氨基酸含量无显著差异。综合分析,行间自然生草可以显著提高巨峰葡萄的果实品质和枝条贮藏营养,对果实的单粒重、果粒横纵径及产量有一定的提升作用,但提高幅度年际间存在差异。
Taking Kyoho grapes as test material, the effects of natural grazing and intercropping between rows on the growth and development indexes of grape yield, fruit quality and branch storage and nutrition were studied for three consecutive years. The results showed that: The natural grazing between rows can increase the single grain weight of Kyoho grapes, the vertical and horizontal diameter of fruit grains, and increase the yield. There was significant difference in 2014 data and no significant difference in 2015; for fruit quality, Soluble solid content, sugar-acid ratio and anthocyanin content in fruit were significantly higher than that in row-row tillage treatment, and the content of titratable acid was significantly lower than that in row-row tillage treatment. In terms of branch storage and nourishment, The soluble sugar content, starch content and soluble protein content in shoots were significantly higher than that in row-tillage treatments with no significant difference in free amino acids. Comprehensive analysis showed that the natural grazing between rows could significantly improve the fruit quality and branch storage of Kyoho grapes, which could improve the single grain weight, the vertical and horizontal fruit length and the yield of the fruit, but there were differences in the range of increase between years.
