《烹饪营养与卫生》是烹饪专业的理论课程,涉及到的实际操作较少,中职生进入职业学校学习,往往是重技能,轻理论。笔者通过这几年的教学实践,将多媒体课件引入到课堂教学之中,切实体会到它能激发学生的学习兴趣、利于教师对教学知识的讲授和对知识的拓展延伸,快速提高烹饪专业课堂的教学效果。
Culinary nutrition and hygiene is a theoretical course of culinary specialty, involving fewer practical operations. Secondary vocational students enter vocational schools to study, which often emphasize skills and theories.
