Introducing Gaussian core cavity to improve high-power CO2 laser mode, taking GaAs substrate as an example to illustrate the design method and fabrication technique of the phase-output mirror, and obtaining the quasi-fundamental 700W output with this mirror; and further improving the power and efficiency potential.
