传统以双因素理论为基础的激励措施,在提高员工满意度之后并不能有效降低流失率。从深层志趣出发的忠诚度培养,在员工满意度基础上实现了职业忠诚度,从而大大降低了非企业意愿的员工流动。
Traditional incentives based on two-factor theory can not effectively reduce the turnover rate after improving employee satisfaction. Fostering loyalty from a deep-seated interest achieved career loyalty based on employee satisfaction, thereby greatly reducing non-employee motivation.
