据悉,德国企业在遇到顾客生气时,或公开承认错误,或花钱登致歉广告。欧宝汽车公司1995年2月底,用刊登广告的形式,请求顾客原谅,因为该公司生产的油箱喷嘴有些缺陷,为了平息顾客的激动情绪,欧宝公司董事会当时决定向全国的买主道歉。去年6月底.绿色和平组织举行了一次声势浩大的抗议活动,阻止将海洋石油钻井平台沉入海底,光牌公司只好屈服并刊登广告保证:“我们将改变计划”。
It is reported that when German companies encounter customers angry, or openly admit mistakes, or spend money to apologize for advertising. At the end of February 1995, Opel Motors requested the customer to forgive in the form of an advertisement. Because the company produced some nozzle defects, in order to quell the excitement of customers, Opel’s board of directors decided to apologize to buyers nationwide. At the end of June last year, Greenpeace held a massive protest to stop the sinking of offshore oil drilling platforms. The company only gave in and advertised the guarantee: “We will change the plan.”
