目的比较数字化视听整合系统与传统行为训练对儿童孤独症治疗的近期疗效。方法 70例孤独症患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各35例,对照组仅进行传统行为训练,观察组在行为训练的基础上进行数字化视听觉统合训练,每天45 min,15 d为1疗程,间隔2个月后开始下一疗程;完成3个疗程后评估两组治疗前后的孤独症行为量表(ABC)、儿童孤独症评定量表(CARS)及Development quotient DQ或intelligence quotient IQ分值以及发展状况、特征性症状并进行比较分析。结果两组治疗前的CARS、ABC及DQ(IQ)分值、发展状态、特征性症状差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗3个疗程结束后两组患儿在CARS、ABC及DQ(IQ)分值方面改善的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时在发展状态指标(语言常态、认知能力、社交能力和生活自理能力等)以及特征性症状(眼神交流、模仿动作、想象性游戏、重复刻板动作等)两大方面均有不同程度改善(P<0.05)。结论基于数字化的视听系统结合虚拟现实技术可以改善孤独症患儿的语言障碍、认知能力、社会交往障碍和生活自理能力,对儿童孤独症的治疗有一定近期疗效。
Objective To compare the short-term effects of digital audio-visual integration system and traditional behavioral training on children with autism. Methods Seventy patients with autism were randomly divided into observation group (35 cases) and control group (35 cases). The control group received only traditional behavioral training. The observation group received training on the basis of digital audio-visual integration training, 45 min daily and 15 d The course of treatment was started at the next 2 months. Conclusion Based on digital audio-visual system combined with virtual reality technology can improve children with autism language disorders, cognitive skills, social interaction disorders and life self-care ability, the treatment of children with autism have some immediate effect.
