Waldenstrm’s Macroglobulinemia (hereinafter referred to as MGW) is a malignant proliferative disease of the reticular lymphatic system in which a large number of pathological immunoglobulin IgM are present in the serum. The clinical and laboratory tests of this disease, both at home and abroad have been reported in the literature, combined with the pathological features are now reported as an example below.
