目的探讨军队医院在天津港8·12特大火灾爆炸事故救援中护理团队的组织与管理。方法立即启动突发事件应急预案,进行人力资源调配,抽组野战医疗应急队,组建护理专家小组。实施责任制护理、专护小组“一对一”。结果野战医疗队累计诊治伤员600余人次,后送收治伤员8人,手术162台,抢救前、后方均实现零感染、零死亡、零新增并发症,伤员均痊愈出院。结论军队医院发挥护理团队的凝聚力,科学实施护理组织与规范管理,应对突发事件救治有序顺畅,提高了应急救治的效率与质量。
Objective To explore the organization and management of the nursing team in the rescue of the military hospital in Tianjin Port during the 8.12 major fire and explosion accident. Methods Immediate emergency plan for emergencies was started, human resources deployment was carried out, and field medical emergency teams were drawn up to form a team of nursing experts. Implementation of accountability care, special care team “one to one ”. Results The field medical team accumulated more than 600 treatment and treatment of casualties, evacuated and treated 8 patients and 162 operations. There were zero infections and zero deaths before and after the rescue and zero complications were added. All the patients were discharged. Conclusions Military hospitals exert the cohesive force of nursing team, carry out nursing organization and standard management scientifically, deal with the orderly and smooth emergency treatment and improve the efficiency and quality of emergency treatment.
