固定床反应器连续催化反应制备乳酸乙酯

以乳酸和乙醇为原料,阳离子固体酸交换树脂为催化剂,在自制的固定床反应器中进行连续催化酯化反应制备乳酸乙酯。结果表明,酯化反应的最佳条件为原料醇酸摩尔比n(LA)/n(EA)=2、反应温度80℃和催化反应时间3h,乳酸的转化率可达58%左右。该工艺路线具有反应条件温和、催化剂活性稳定、不腐蚀设备,有利于连续操作和清洁生产等优点,反应产物后续可通过常减压精馏处理,回收的乳酸和乙醇可返回套用,除乳酸乙酯产品外,副产物只有水,工艺路线技术可行,且绿色环保。 Lactic acid and ethanol as raw materials, cationic solid acid exchange resin as catalyst in a home-made fixed-bed reactor for continuous catalytic esterification reaction of ethyl lactate. The results showed that the optimal conditions for the esterification reaction were the molar ratio of n (LA) / n (EA) = 2, the reaction temperature of 80 ℃ and the reaction time of 3h. The conversion of lactic acid reached 58%. The process route has the advantages of mild reaction conditions, stable catalyst activity, non-corrosive equipment, continuous operation and clean production, etc. The reaction products can be processed by atmospheric and vacuum distillation in the following steps, and the recovered lactic acid and ethanol can be returned to apply. Ester products, the by-product only water, process technology feasible, and green.
