压力试验机变形阻尼器的研制及应用

在普通试验机上进行水泥基复合材料的荷载—位移关系全曲线试验,因试验机刚度不能满足试验的要求,需要采取措施增强试验机刚度。本文设计制作了一套压力试验机变形阻尼器,按照该压力试验机变形阻尼器设计原理,可设计出满足不同承载能力及变形能力要求的试验机刚度增强装置。在普通试验机上安装上这种压力试验机变形阻尼器来研究水泥基复合材料的荷载—位移关系全曲线,保证了试验试件在受力过程中实现可靠、稳定的加载过程,从而获得反映材料真实特性的荷载—位移关系全曲线。 The full curve test of the load-displacement relationship of cement-based composites is carried out on a common testing machine. Because the stiffness of the testing machine can not meet the requirements of the test, measures need to be taken to increase the rigidity of the testing machine. This paper designed and manufactured a set of pressure testing machine deformation damper. According to the designing principle of the deformation testing machine, we can design the rigidity testing device to meet the requirements of different bearing capacity and deformation capacity. This type of pressure testing machine deformation damper was installed on a common testing machine to study the whole curve of load-displacement relationship of cement-based composites to ensure a reliable and stable loading process of the test specimen under stress so as to obtain the reflecting material Real characteristics of the load - displacement curve of the whole curve.
