参照《中央级教科文部门项目绩效考评管理试行办法》在项目考评的内容、组织实施、结果运用等方面的所做出的规定,借鉴中央教科文部门在部分项目支出绩效考评的试点工作,笔者结合体育部门的工作特性,对体育部门财政公共支出绩效考评的指标体系进行了细化,从而使得体育部门的绩效考评工作有了一定的可操作性。
